Lake Kerr Realty Inc., was established in 2009.  Owner/Broker Carole Blair's mission was to  open a company that would provide superior service,  reliable information and  a standard of  accountability to our buyers and sellers .

Working with some of the best builders and system built home products, we can offer you a wide variety of home plans and assist in the process from start to finish.

Very much a part of the lake side communities, Lake Kerr  Realty, is involved with civic organizations, local chambers of commerce and charities. We are helping to  make  our Virginia and North Carolina lake area, a great place to live.
